You've spent the time, money and effort to create a web site that gives your organization a virtual presence, supports your overall marketing strategy, and makes it clear to the world that you understand the power of the web as a tool for communicating your message. But when the content on your site appears outdated, it can tell site visitors a different story.

Keeping the content on your site fresh doesn't have to be an overwhelming task and ultimately boils down to keeping organization, product and service information up-to-date while incorporating regular news items and important information for visitors so they are engaged and have a reason to come back. Here are some suggestions for how to stir things up and get some fresh new content brewing:

13-inch MacBook Pro, 2.26 GHz
Picture
The 13-inch 2.26 GHz MacBook Pro receives rave reviews from experts, including Editors' Choice awards from CNET, PCMag.com, Laptop Magazine and ComputerShopper.com. Apple makes quite a few changes to the entry-level Pro, and reviewers say these changes make the 13-inch 2.26 GHz MacBook Pro an excellent value. The least expensive MacBook Pro maintains the streamlined aluminum unibody design and multi-touch trackpad of the MacBook it replaced. The most notable changes include the addition of SD memory card reader and a FireWire 800 port, a full-size backlit keyboard, a more color-rich display and a nonremovable battery that provides longer life between charges. Tests show that the 13-inch MacBook Pro offers better performance than the 13-inch aluminum MacBook it replaced, and the longer battery life also gets high marks. On the down side, the 13-inch MacBook Pro has a relatively small hard drive -- 160 GB -- and it doesn't have the capacity to accommodate intensive games. Still, reviewers say this computer is a great value and the best choice for most users. If you plan on gaming or doing graphics-intensive work, reviews indicate the top-of-the-line 17-inch MacBook Pro (*Est. $2,500 and up) is a better bet. For those on a budget, the new 13-inch 2.26 GHz MacBook (*Est. $1,000) is considered a good value

Samsung E6 eReader ready to hit the US market;-

Picture
Samsung wants to rock and roll with their own eBook reader as well which they have dubbed the E6 eReader (how convenient). It will still take some time to see just whether this market is big enough to support so many players, as eBook readers don’t seem to be making that much of an impact in the world against regular paperbacks compared to how the MP3 format literally brought the CD industry to its knees, with the iPod gaining a humongous market share that Apple doesn’t seem likely to be giving up its throne in that department anytime soon. But I digress – the Samsung E6 eReader now only allows you to access your content easily, it also doubles up as a form of digital notepad, taking down notes as well as thoughts on the page directly, the ability to highlight content and sharing notes with friends and peers. Samsung has merged more than a million electronic titles, advanced handwriting capabilities and Wi-Fi connectivity into a single, easy-to-use device which we’ll look at in greater detail right after the jump.
What makes the E6 most outstanding would be its electromagnetic resonance (EMR) stylus pen that allows users the writing capabilities which are normally found only on traditional paper books. Should you wish to make annotations in the margins and record your thoughts and interpretations while reading, the E6 is more than happy to cater to that. Heck, even images can be modified easily via direct handwriting and memos, while those who prefer to get things down in a jiffy will look forward to its voice recording functionality that lets one make audio memos and annotations.
Featuring a slider form factor, the E6 comes with a 6” E-ink display at 600 x 800 resolution with 8-Gray scale for easy readability both indoors and out. It will suppor thte following formats – e-pub, PDF/a, TXT, BMP and JPG. Thanks to the built-in front speakers and head-phone jack, you can enjoy Samsung’s text-to-speech (TTS) technology in private or in public, while tuning in to your favorite MP3s when traveling. Wi-Fi connectivity is thrown into the mix as well, accompanied by Bluetooth 2.0 for wireless transmission. The 2GB of internal memory can store up to 1,500 books or 24,000 pages of memos, where it is augmented by a microSD memory card slot.

Will the Dell Streak Flop? In Search of the Sweet Spot:-

Picture
  • In a few days you can plunk down $500 to buy this beauty directly from Dell.
  • Or you can spend the same amount and get the Real Thing – the iPad.
  • Or you can buy the HTC EVO.
And that’s the problem with the Streak. It’s neither a tablet, nor a phone. Of course not everyone sees that a problem, certainly not Ron Garriques, president, Dell Communication Solutions Group:

Ferrari 458 Italia (2009) Car Review:-

Picture
The Ferrari 458 Italia is a mid-engine sports car to be produced by the Italian sports car manufacturer Ferrari, as the replacement for the Ferrari F430. The price estimation for this is £160,000 and on sale in the UK in spring 2010 Engine The 4,499 cc (4.499 L; 274.5 cu in) V8 engine was rated at 570 PS (420 kW; 560 hp) at 9000 rpm and 540 N·m (400 lb·ft) at 6000 rpm with 80% torque available at 3250 rpm. The engine features direct fuel injection, a first for Ferrari mid-rear engine setups in its road cars.

Transmission
The standard transmission is a Getrag dual-clutch 7-speed F1 transmission, similar to the Ferrari California. There is no traditional manual option, making this the second road-car behind the Enzo to not be offered with Ferrari's classic gated manual.

Handling The car's suspension will feature twin wishbones at the front and a multi-link set-up at the rear, coupled with E-Diff and F1-Trac traction control systems, designed to improve the car's cornering and longitudinal acceleration by 32% compared to its predecessors.

The brakes include a prefill function whereby the pistons in the calipers move the pads into contact with the discs on lift off to minimize delay in the brakes being applied. This combined with the ABS has reduced 100–0 km/h (62-0 mph) braking distance to 32.5 meters (107 ft).

The adaptive magnetorheological dampers were co-developed with Delphi.

Performance
Ferrari's official 0-100 km/h (62 mph) acceleration is less than 3.4 seconds, while top speed is over 325 km/h (202 mph), with a fuel consumption in combined cycle (ECE+EUDC) 13.7 L/100 km (20.6 mpg-imp; 17.2 mpg-US) while producing 320g/km of CO2.

Google is the World’s Fourth Largest Server ManufacturerBusiness, Technology July 2nd, 2006

Picture So you thought Google was a search… advertising … software … information …etc. company? Well, you’re in for a surprise:

Google is the world’s fourth-largest maker of computer servers, after Dell, Hewlett-Packard and I.B.M.” -says Martin Reynolds, an analyst with the Gartner Group.

Yes, that’s right. Google believes that “its growing cadre of world-class computer scientists can design a network of machines that can store and process more information more efficiently than anyone else. Mr. Reynolds estimated that Google’s computing costs are half those of other large Internet companies and a tenth those of traditional corporate technology users. ” They built hundreds of thousands of servers, typically skipping the box, laying down components on a bed of cork, more recently fastening them together with velcro. Currently they are AMD’s fifth largest customer, and there is speculation that they mey be getting into designing their own chip.
